I think they are considering it and might go ahead with the idea, not sure if it will use the RLX name, but it could end up being a totally new coupe from Acura. Recently some rumors broke out that not only will there be a NSX returning, but a smaller and cheaper NSX.

Chances are it will use the RLX powertrain.

I'm not convinced that the new small coupe will have the RLX drivetrain.

I don't believe there will be a RLX coupe. We will likely see the Acura NSX in a few years.

I'm guessing the coupe is going to be a Acura version of the S2000. Compact RWD. Maybe AWD. With a V6.
