Acura Tire Valve Stem Caps

Not long after I bought my 2014 Acura RLX, I purchased these Tire Valve Stems off of Amazon:

They worked great and were a nice accent to the car, especially considering the cheap drab grey ones that came pre-installed. Well, someone has stolen 2 of them. Sadly, at the time of purchase I saw the anti-theft version:

I thought to myself, "Who would steal these things? So why bother?" Silly me. This is why you can never have nice things.
Anyhoo, does anyone have experience with these types of caps? Most of the reviews are positive but some say they are hard to put on/off & others say they messed up their TPMS. I also do not understand how that little screw locks it?
