What are the engine options for the Acura RLX? The ILX has a 2.0L and a 2.4L. If they are thinking about replacing the Acura RL it's going to have to be a V6. Any hope of a hybrid V6 motor from the accord and TL with upped horsepower? What about the supercharged V6 concept from Honda?

It's likely going to be the V6 from the NSX. Also paired with a hybrid motor as well.

the V6 from the NSX or a new V6 fromt he TL with some mods done to it. i see the car have a typeS trim with a super charged or turbo charged version and uped power.

I was reading something that there will be 310hp one and a 370hp one? I'm guessing one hybrid and one normal?

Supercharged V6 would be nice but they also need to be "green" I think a turbo would be better, they seem to work well with keeping MPG's at a respectable level.

I think Acura should either do a single turbo for lower RPM's just to get the RLX up to speed faster, or sequential turbo's if they really want to make this a performance beast!

BMW did it with their 335i and it turned out to be amazing, I don't see why Acura can't be different for once and do this.

Not bad at. Seeing how some V8's are 4.0L V8's.... having a big 3.7L V6 isn't that bad after all.

The Acura RLX is the current flagship sedan by Honda's Acura brand, which debuted at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show as a 2014 model. The RLX replaces the outgoing Acura RL.
