i am a proud owner of the 2005 RL i bought New $48,000 dec 28 2005. i waited for the 2013 RLX to see if the beak would be removed and the style would make me smile. However, I am BIG time disappointed in the RLX Price Sh-awd, which most Rl owners want . Out of my price range $60,000 plus tax RLX awd.. Who are they targeting for this car?? I Love my RL when i open the garage an look at it, when i wax it , when other people tell me NICE CAR , it makes me smile. I will never spend $60,000 for a car and this RLX does not make me smile. I will probably buy 2010-used Rl. if not, Goodbye acura!! what are you guys thinking!?? you have kept the AWD at the $50.000 price and the fWD under that, for new buyers of the RL......

Oh sorry the base model is all wheel steering and the hybrid model is AWD.

Nothing wrong with that. We have yet to see how the all wheel steering performs.

The AWD model is expensive because it is a hybrid. It uses the same system as the NSX concept. Which willl likely cost MUCH more.

The New RLX is not gonna be anything less than $50,000 that for sure. The all wheel steering has been tested before on the prelude by Honda, It didnt work out to well so they dropped it. But with the technologies of today lets see what improvements they have come up with.

Awd will be $60.000...

as stated in reviews of the RLX awd not the front wheel drive... i am sorry people are not doing there homework! that is why the front drives are coming out first, to lower the shock! However, it does not matter if YOU can afford it. I can not..

Since there've been no reviews of the RLX (it's not out yet) and Honda has released no pricing information, everything you've seen regarding price has been somebody's guess.

That said, $60,000 would not surprise me as a price for the four-wheel-drive version; it's competitive with the other cars in that class.
