research shows this:
Collision Mitigation Braking System
When the Collision Mitigation Braking System light turns on, there is a problem with the system. Either the system's internal temperature is too high, or the camera is blocked by something. Typically, this light coming on means the system is turned off.
Lane Departure Warning
When this indicator light comes on, it usually means there is a problem with the Lane Departure Warning. It usually means the temperature is too high, or the sensor is blocked.
Vehicle Stability Assist System
If this light is blinking, then your Vehicle Stability Assist System is activated. If the light comes on, there is an issue with your VSA system or the hill start assist system.
Speed-Sensitive Electric Power Steering
When this light appears on your dash, it usually will indicate that there is a problem with your electric power steering system. To correct, stop in a safe place and restart the engine
Updates: Someone who has a 2018 Accord had the same errors, he was told to drive the car for about a mile, pull over, turn off and restart the car. I did the same this morning and all the alerts disappeared. I will take it to the dealership for a full explanation!
I had similar warnings on my 18 RLX hybrid and 19 MDX hybrid. The dealership said it was from low power since I haven't been driving them much because of the COVID-19 stay at home order. I drive the vehicles several times a week to keep everything charged up instead of letting the vehicles sit for +2 weeks at time like before.
Same happened with my 2014 RLX. My tech advisor told me to drive 30 minutes every week. Since then, I haven't seen any warnings.
A reliable mechanic can assess what's wrong more accurately, try visiting one!
