2014 RLX

I'm having issues with my Radio,Bluetooth the radio doesn't play even though it's on the screen for the fm tuner I can't change any stations by the wheel or by the knob the Bluetooth says its initializing but its never turns on this is all I ever see any help will be appreciated thanks
