Wasn't too crazy about all the chrome on the wife's Brilliant Red Metallic w/ Ebony 18 RLX Sport Hybrid. Local installer did gloss black vinyl wrap on the side windows and gloss black plastic dip the rest of the chrome and hybrid badge. I also painted the calipers black and added Petrol P4B 19X8 gloss black rims from Discount Tires for the OEM tires. Need to de-badge the "RLX" and I might black out the "awd" on the "SH-awd" badge and add the OEM rear spoiler. I did the same Chrome black out on my Fathom Blue Pearl 19 MDX Adv Sport Hybrid.
Racing pedals custom CNC machined from aircraft grade billet aluminum. Hand finishing and inspection each racing pedal guarantees a world class fit and finish.
They didn't have a set cut specifically for the RLX; but, they sent me paper templates to test fit. It took about 4 back/forth tries to modify the templates for the RLX and we were able to machine a perfect fit for the dead pedal, brake, and gas pedal. I did the Frosted Anti Slip with flat rubber grip inserts. The pedals help brighten up the ebony interior with tinted windows a bit.
The wife had a minor bump and scrape in the parking lot with someone backing into her. Mostly cosmetic damage and buffing out the fender and re-doing the plastic dip above the driver side exhaust was all that was needed. I got the paint buffed out, re-painted the plastic dip chrome piece, de-badged the rear, and blacked out the Acura Emblem and first picture with rear deck lip spoiler.
